Break the Block

Seasoned and inexperienced writers get that same sinking feeling when they face a blank page. Some turn away for good. Others persevere only to find that after a few sentences, the block returns. In this one-day workshop, we’ll explore techniques to fill the page and to keep you writing. You will generate new work during the workshop and leave with a plan to keep the words coming. Whether you’re halfway through a project, or have an idea for a project you hope to begin, or even if you’re casting about for ideas, this is the workshop to get you—and keep you—writing. Writers from all genres are welcome.
