Adventures in Wheelworking

For both the beginning and experienced potter, this class will cover the exciting possibilities of the wheel. Demonstrations, presentations and dynamic firing activities will highlight the learning experience. We will make tableware of many kinds, including cups, jars, vases, bowls and large vessels. The wide world of glazing will also be an important component of this class as we are introduced to different methods and effects. The use of test tiles to experiment with glazes will reduce the potential of unwanted effects on your final pieces! Includes access to open studio time for duration of class. Take 10% off this class if you finalize your registration 3 or more weeks before the start date.
