Hands on Photography

Take the mystery out of the digital camera and learn to really understand and apply your camera’s menu! This class is an ideal next step if you have a very basic know-how of your digital camera, as it will provide the opportunity to practice manipulations of ISO, shutter speed, aperture and focal length with group exercises and outdoor shooting (weather permitting). Class time will be a balance of presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises and review of the images created with an eye to discussing how technical choices affect their overall impact. DSLR camera ideal although other simple digital cameras can do some basic manipulations.
