Brothership Gallery Window
Berkshire Art Center manages a storefront gallery space in the Brothership Building at 141 North Street in Pittsfield. Each month, a new art exhibit opens in the gallery as part of Pittsfield's First Fridays Artswalk. If you are interested in showing your work with Berkshire Art Center, please fill out an Exhibition Proposal Form and ensure you have photos of your work ready to attach. Questions? Created for Downtown Pittsfield's Festive Frolic, IS183 built a life-size, coloring book-inspired town filled with interactive creative activities for all ages.
From Leonardo to Eakins, the study of anatomy has always been an important piece of any artist’s training. Hailing from the Hudson Valley, artists Lucie Castaldo and Holly Macdonald collaborate on an exhibition exploring a non-traditional look at human anatomy, using cut paper, fiber, and up-cycled materials.
Dolla Sapeta installs an exhibit titled "Bloodline versus Deadline." The body of work is about communities in war and conflict zones and their silent attempts for survival.
